AMPAC provides debt recovery and related services across Australia and internationally. Our services may include, but are not limited to:
The availability, scope and cost of our services may vary depending on the nature of the matter, the debt, the location, the debtor’s circumstances, applicable laws and any agreement entered into between AMPAC and the client.
Any engagement of AMPAC’s services will be subject to separate client agreements, service terms, authority forms, fee arrangements or other documentation provided by AMPAC.
AMPAC uses professional debt recovery processes, experienced personnel and technology to support clients in recovering overdue debts.
However, no debt recovery outcome can be guaranteed. Recovery depends on many factors, including the debtor’s financial position, willingness to pay, the age and value of the debt, the quality of supporting documentation, whether the debt is disputed, applicable laws and any legal or enforcement options available.
Any estimated recovery prospects, timelines or outcomes discussed with AMPAC are indicative only and should not be treated as a guarantee.
In some cases, legal action or enforcement may be recommended as part of the recovery process. Legal action will not be commenced without the client’s prior approval.
Where legal action, field services, process serving, investigations, enforcement, insolvency action or other third-party services are required, additional costs may apply. AMPAC will provide information about these costs where relevant so clients can make an informed decision before proceeding.
Clients who submit matters to AMPAC are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents and instructions provided are accurate, complete and lawful.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Clients must notify AMPAC as soon as possible if any information changes or if payment is received directly from the debtor.
AMPAC is entitled to rely on the information provided by the client when assessing, managing or progressing a matter.
Where debtors are directed to make payment through AMPAC’s online payment portal or approved payment channels, payments will be handled in accordance with AMPAC’s payment processes and any applicable service agreements.
Payment arrangements, instalment plans or settlement proposals may be subject to approval by the client, AMPAC or any other relevant party depending on the matter.
Debtors should ensure all payment information provided is accurate. AMPAC is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment details, bank processing times or third-party payment provider issues.
